Storyboard  - FIRST ATTEMPT!

Here's my first storyboard that I made in class. I made this by following along Mr Nick's demonstration and by drawing scenes from the commercial below.

REFLECTION

What I found easy: Creating a storyboard is not really complicated as it only requires simple drawings and simple notes on the side. The concept and storyline of the commercial was also simple enough for me draw.

What I found hard: Although I'm an Art&Design student I'm not confident with my sketching skills as most of my artworks are usually very intricate. So for me expressing a scene using a simple drawing is quite hard.

Consumers - people who sees the particular text as a disposable commodity Fans -  devoted followers of media texts who actively engage with the products to construct their own meanings and interpretations beyond the original message. Stereotypical fan behaviors: cosplay their favorite characters, write fan fiction, post their own theories online, and form new subcultures based on the product.
